I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel facilities were beyond my expectations as everything was well-maintained and functioning properly. The location was also very convenient for me, with easy access to transportation and parking. In terms of breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and diverse options available. Lastly, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.

The area surrounding the hotel is bustling with shops and restaurants, making it convenient for grabbing a meal or running errands. the rooms are decently sized and have some basic amenities. the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which although not luxurious, serves a decent spread. the hygiene of the rooms and bathrooms could be improved.

The Easter holiday had to be perfect. The hotel location was excellent, close to important road connections and entertainment venues, making it easy to move around the city. they provided free Wi-Fi service which allowed me to stay in touch with my family and friends. The hotel staff was pleasant, and they made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel room was not ready when we arrived, and we had to wait for hours to get checked in. The room was also not particularly clean, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The breakfast time was not too early, we had until 11 am to enjoy it. the hotel was situated close to some noteworthy landmarks in the area and had a lovely view from the room. Lastly, we appreciated the prompt room service when we ordered our water bottle.

The hotel staff was not cooperative and the cleanliness was below average. We also encountered issues with the air conditioning unit and geyser.

Prompt room service. Good location. Spacious rooms. Responsive staff. Clean bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast spread. Efficient check-in process.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
